Osgood Bradley, Worcester
This eight story concrete, brick, and terra cotta structure had pieces of concrete falling to the busy streets below. RESTCO was initially hired to make the building safe. Upon completion, RESTCO was awarded the contract to restore the south and east facades. Work included cleaning, concrete pinning/patching, pointing, caulking, and decorative waterproof coatings. This building now houses RESTCO’s new Worcester office.
